Hi, we are Cat and Ellie, experienced VA's, business owners and founders of SVAI.

We have been in the trenches a long time now and we know what it is like trying to juggle ambition with fear, overwhelm, guilt and imposter syndrome.  

While we don’t claim to be cured of all of this now, after all real growth never ends, instead we have found ways to manage it.
